Data we process
- Identity and contact data: name, phone/WhatsApp number, preferred language and, when voluntarily provided, date of birth.
- Booking data: selected service, duration, price, date, time, therapist preference, notes, attendance, payment status and payment method.
- Customer relationship data: visit history, internal service notes, tags, caution/blocked status, complaints and communications.
- Mira Points data: earned, used, expired, restored and manually adjusted points, transaction references and balance.
- Technical and security data: request time, website version, audit records, user account activity and information needed to protect the system.
Why and on what basis we use data
- To receive, confirm and perform booking requests and provide the requested service.
- To manage customer history, payments, therapist commissions, accounting, day closing and legitimate salon operations.
- To administer Mira Points, prevent duplicate or fraudulent use and correct transactions.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting, consumer protection and dispute-handling obligations.
- To protect the system, investigate errors and defend legal claims.
- Promotional communication is sent only where the customer has given a separate marketing consent. That consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the booking service.
Service providers and international processing
The website and salon system use Google Firebase / Google Cloud services for hosting, authentication and database functions. Data may therefore be processed on infrastructure located outside Georgia under the provider’s contractual and security arrangements. We do not sell customer data to advertisers. Data may also be disclosed when required by law, to professional advisers under confidentiality, or to protect customers and the business.
Retention and security
Booking, financial and audit records are retained only for as long as needed for service, accounting, legal claims, fraud prevention and applicable statutory duties. Marketing consent records are retained for the period needed to prove consent and withdrawal. Access is limited by admin/reception roles, authentication and database security rules. No online system is risk-free, but reasonable organizational and technical safeguards are used.
Your rights
- Ask whether data about you is processed and receive information or a copy.
- Request correction, updating, deletion, blocking or restriction where the legal conditions are met.
- Withdraw consent, including marketing consent, and object to direct marketing through the same or another simple channel.
- Ask for information about the source, purpose, legal basis, recipients and retention of your data.
- Complain to the competent Georgian authority or seek another remedy available under Georgian law.
How to make a request
Contact reception by phone or WhatsApp and clearly state the request. We may ask for reasonable identity verification so that another person cannot access or alter your records. Requests are handled within the period required by applicable law.
Website technologies
The current website does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral advertising. Firebase and essential browser technologies may process technical information required to deliver, secure and operate the booking service. External links such as Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp are governed by their own privacy notices.
Children and sensitive notes
Do not submit unnecessary medical or other sensitive information in the free-text note field. A parent or legal representative should make requests for a minor where required. The website is not intended to collect children’s data independently.
Updates to this notice
Material changes will be published on this page with a new effective date. The version displayed at the time of a request may be kept in audit records.
Mira AI Assistant
- The website includes an automated assistant for service, price, Mira Points and booking guidance.
- Messages sent to the assistant are transmitted to Google Firebase AI Logic / Gemini to generate a response. Mira Massage does not intentionally save the chat history in Cloud Firestore.
- The provider may process prompts, responses and technical data to operate and secure the service under its applicable terms and data-processing arrangements.
- Do not enter identity documents, payment-card data, passwords, medical reports or other sensitive personal information in the chat.
- AI answers may be incomplete or incorrect. Prices, therapist availability and bookings are final only after confirmation by reception.
- If you choose the booking form or WhatsApp, the information you submit through that channel is processed under this notice and the relevant provider’s terms.
